ROGER D. HYMAN (Vanderbilt University, B.A. [Political Science] 1979, and University of Tennessee, J.D. 1984) has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 1984. He is also licensed to practice in the US District Courts for Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee, plus the US 6th Circuit. He has tried hundreds of cases (incl. more than 100 jury trials) throughout East and Middle Tennessee (incl. federal courts). Mr. Hyman has successful appellate practice in the 6th Circuit, Tennessee Court of Appeals and Tennessee Supreme Court, including the Landmark case Blevins v. Johnson County, 746 S.W.2d 678 (Tenn. 1988), which set legal precedent regarding “Inquiry Notice” and “Estoppel by Deed”. He is also a Tenn. Sup.
