Mr. Keathley was general counsel for a publicly traded life insurance company for 20 years and represented a New York Stock Exchange company as outside general counsel for approximately 30 years. He has represented an international franchisee association for a major hotel chain for 18 years. Additionally, Mr. Keathley has represented various owners in franchise disputes involving hotel chains, restaurants and convenient store franchises. He has participated in negotiations for redrafting license agreements and has been involved in class action litigation for several franchisee clients. Mr. Keathley also has represented hotel developers, managers and investors on an ongoing basis for over 30 years.
