A proud New York–born Latina licensed in both Florida and New York, Ruby has built her career on advocacy, cultural competence, and empowering diverse communities—including LGBTQ+ individuals, international families, foreign investors, blended families, and those with special needs.
After launching Wake Law in 2016, Ruby merged with Skyers Law Group to form Heiress Law, expanding access to quality legal services across both states. Beyond her practice, she serves on multiple nonprofit boards, co-founded the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber of Commerce, and mentors aspiring estate planning attorneys.
