Samuel Sultanik is co-chair of Hughes Hubbard & Reed's Real Estate practice group. His work covers a broad spectrum of real estate activities, including acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, joint ventures and leases. Samuel represents owners, developers, lending institutions, private equity funds and investors in connection with development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, restructurings, joint ventures, as well as commercial, retail and industrial leasing. He also works on all aspects of construction and contracting methods and dispute resolution that relate to construction. In that area, he represents owners and owner representatives, developers, general contractors, construction managers, design builders, architects and engineers.
