Sarabraj S. Thapar is a trial attorney based out of the firm’s Jersey City office. Mr. Thapar is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York State. His practice is concentrated in the litigation of personal injury and insurance defense matters. Mr. Thapar has a double major in Business Economics and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University-New Brunswick where he graduated with Honors. He received his law degree from The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Upon his graduation, Mr. Thapar interned for Judge Donald Venezia where he handled criminal matters. Before joining Javerbaum Wurgaft, Mr. Thapar worked at Viscomi & Lyons for three years. During his tenure as an insurance defense attorney, Mr. Thapar won 18 out of 19 trials. He lectured at various insurance defense seminars and mentored new attorneys. He received Bravo Award from Liberty Mutual for his outstanding work in 2015 and 2016.
