Scott Gratton received his JD from The University of Montana School of Law and has been licensed to practice law since 1987. In 1988, Mr. Gratton began practicing at the Brown Law Firm, P.C., a private Personal Injury and General practice in Missoula, Montana. He became a partner in 1994. Mr. Gratton’s main areas of practice include: defense of complex civil litigation, defense of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims, insurance law including coverage and defense of bad faith claims, product liability defense, defense of medical and dental malpractice claims, labor and employee relations, minerals, oils and gas, banking, workers compensation, bankruptcy (debtor claims), real estate, construction defect and appellate law. In addition to Lawyers of Distinction, Mr. Gratton’s other professional memberships/associations include the Montana State Bar, Martindale-Hubbell and Super Lawyers.
