Scott is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Member of the Order of the Arrow. He is also an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and a sponsor of Neighborhood Housing Services of Richmond, Inc. and the Richmond Ballet. Scott is a frequent lecturer for various Realtor organizations and the National Business Institute. His presentation topics include contract drafting techniques, title insurance issues, and ethical obligations when preparing and conducting a successful Real Estate Closing. Scott is a Registered Real Estate Settlement Agent under the Virginia Consumer Real Estate Settlement Protection Act.
