Sevag is a patent attorney who practices intellectual property law and specializes in trademarks. He is one of the best trademark attorneys in the state, having successfully filed and registered over 300 trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Sevag has also litigated intellectual property cases from the Federal District Courts to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, where his submitted brief and oral arguments resulted in the reversal of a Judge’s cancellation of a trademark. He was named a Rising Star by Southern California Super Lawyers magazine four years in a row from 2015-2018. Sevag’s article entitled “Navigating Trademarks: A Primer” was published in Valley Lawyer Magazine in March of 2018 and he has been featured in many local business newspapers and magazines. He is managing partner at Demirjian Law Offices and Of Counsel at Foundation Law Group. Sevag received his J.D. from Fordham Law in New York and his B.S. in Computer Science from U.C.Riverside.
