Siavash Tourzani graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2010 majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Economics. In 2016, he graduated from Barry University School of Law and is currently admitted to practice law in Florida and New Jersey. During law school he interned for both the State’s Attorney Office and Public Defender’s Office in Florida’s 9th Judicial Circuit. As a first generation American he understands the difficulties one faces when immigrating to the United States. Siavash represents clients in various immigration matters including removal defenses such as cancellation of removal and asylum; adjustment of status; prosecutorial discretion requests; VAWA; and Special Immigrant Juvenile cases. Additionally, he represents clients in various criminal and municipal matters including post-conviction relief. Further, Siavash represents clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and adoption.
