I have been practicing law in New York City and vicinity for over 40 years. I specialize in real estate law and have represented many lenders at residential closings including The Northern Trust Company, Bank of America and Wells Fargo among others. I also represent purchasers and sellers on residential closings for Co-ops, Condominiums, single and multi family homes in addition to working on many commercial closings for purchasers and sellers. I assist and represent Co-op Corporations on sales and stock transfers.
I am also a jazz saxophonist and producer. I have performed in many venues in the United States and Europe and have produced over 20 Jazz recordings.
