Sterling is the founding partner of Kerr Simpson a Henderson, Nevada based law firm focused on representing corporate, real estate and high net worth clients in the Western United States. He is the lead attorney at the firm for complex transactional and business litigation matters. He has developed domestic and international real estate projects, successfully started and sold a Nevada based Trust Company and manages Kerr Simpson and its talented attorneys.
Sterling counsels clients on asset acquisition and sales, business entity formations, corporate governance, joint ventures and the detailed agreements commensurate with client data, services, licensing and general business issues. His strength is solving legal problems for his clients and identifying risks and opportunities. Sterling has vision and experience to guide clients through the maze of regulations without killing the deal.
