Steven C. Testan is the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Testan Law, the largest Workers’ Compensation defense law firm in the United States. Testan Law currently employs close to 100 attorneys in 24 offices servicing 13 states. He has practiced in the field of Workers’ Compensation for over 35 years. Mr. Testan has devoted his entire legal career to the pursuit of excellence in the defense of litigated Workers’ Compensation claims. In 1996 Mr. Testan founded Testan Law, where he pioneered the concept of a state wide multi-venued private law firm in the state of California. Thereafter, Mr. Testan continued the multi-venue approach expanding into 12 additional state jurisdictions. As a trial attorney, author, speaker, guest faculty member of the Harvard School of Public Health, former member of the Board of Governor’s of the California Insurance Guarantee Association, and business leader, he has consistently lead through innovation.
