Steve is a partner at Ashe Legal Group. His practice focuses on large transactions, particularly those involving technology, supply chain or real estate. Prior to joining Ashe, Steve was the Corporate Attorney for Papa Murphys International LLC, the operator and franchisor of a 1500 store take n bake pizza chain – the largest in the United States. Steve managed the work of Papa Murphys legal department, including business transactions, litigation, public company compliance and franchise relations. Prior to Papa Murphy’s, Steve was Sr. Associate Counsel at Knowledge Learning Corporation, now KinderCare Education LLC, which owns an international chain of childcare centers. Prior to that, he was in private practice at Williams Fredrickson and Stark, where he was primarily engaged in real estate and land use work. Steve received his J.D. from Willamette University and a B.A. in Political Science from Gonzaga University. Steve is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
