I am an AV-rated lawyer, who has received several awards, from legal publications and clients, over my 25 years of legal practice. My firm maintains a general commercial practice, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, real estate transactions, corporate transactions, and hotel/hospitality law. My clients have included large, publicly-traded companies, corporate executives, and prominent individuals, and several of my matters have received publicity and reporting in newspapers.
