Steven F. Wukovits was raised in Union, New Jersey, and graduated from Seton Hall University. He was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 1987, and is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Wukovits served as an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor and Special Deputy Attorney General. He gained extensive litigation experience prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases. In 1995, the New Jersey Supreme Court designated Mr. Wukovits a certified Criminal Trial Attorney. As the principal litigator of the firm's Federal and State criminal defense work, Mr. Wukovits was reappointed as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney in July 2002. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the District XII Ethics Committee. Mr. Wukovits is also engaged in civil litigation including personal injury, workers compensation and family law matters.
