Susan J. Flynn is a partner in the law firm of Clark, Werner & Flynn, P.C. Susan graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 1982 and from Northeastern University School of Law in 1990. Following graduation from law school Susan practiced law as a litigation associate for the law firm of Peabody and Brown in Boston, Massachusetts. Susan has practiced law in Vermont since 1992, becoming a partner at her own firm in 1996. In 2002, Susan became a partner at Clark, Werner & Flynn, P.C. Susan practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense and employment litigation, including employment discrimination. She has over the years been very active as a trial attorney. Susan has lectured and taught courses on a variety of legal topics including insurance bad faith, employment practices and discrimination and personal injury litigation. She currently works as an acting Small Claims Court judge and has served as a Title IX investigator for Middlebury College. Susan is a member of the Chittenden County Bar Association and the Vermont Bar Association.
