Suzette Bagneris earned her legal degree in 1993 from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. She practiced at several civil litigation firms as an associate and obtained substantial trial experience litigating civil cases throughout the State of Louisiana, including class actions. Suzette started The Bagneris Firm in 2004 with a strong emphasis on representing victims of personal injury who may otherwise be overlooked or under-represented. She follows the mantra of “to whom much is given, much will be required,” which is taken from Luke 12:48, when selecting her cases. For more than two decades now, Suzette has enjoyed a very successful litigation practice, often successfully taking on “Goliath-like” corporations and national defense firms in very complex cases. To date, Suzette has received over $400 million in recovery for class action suits for her clients and continues to work aggressively on their behalf. She has also been admitted to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is a distinction held by just 1% of attorneys in the country. She is among the 1% of attorneys in the country who have been admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court. She is among the less than one-half percent (0.5%) of active attorneys in the United States who have been designated as America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators – truly the most exclusive and elite level of attorneys in the community.
