Tahmina Watson, named one of America’s Top Immigration Attorneys for Startups by Business Insider, is a nationally recognized expert in U.S. business immigration law. She specializes in H-1B, E-2, O-1, EB-1, NIW, and other employment-based visas, advising entrepreneurs, investors, and high-skilled professionals. Her work has supported hundreds of startups and significant U.S. investment.
She founded Watson Immigration Law in Seattle in 2009. A former barrister in England and now a U.S. citizen of Bangladeshi heritage, she brings a global perspective to her practice.
