Tal Maman is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group, specializing in Growth Equity investments. Ms. Maman’s practice focuses on growth equity investments, venture capital financings and M&A transactions, as well as general corporate matters. She joined the firm in 2021.
Ms. Maman is admitted to practice in Israel only; her application to the New York bar is pending. She is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.
