Tanya Mitchell Graham Family and Divorce Law

She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Vanderbilt University where she was an exceptional leader and one of the original founders of the Tennessee Association of Black Students, Inc. Attorney Graham received her Juris Doctor Degree from Georgia State University College of Law where she again excelled as a leader on campus and received numerous academic and civic honors. After passing the July, 1991, Georgia Bar Exam, Attorney Graham began practicing law in the areas of Entertainment Law and Family Law. Divorce Child Custody Father's Rights Entertainment Law Business Law Prenuptial Agreements As part of her community service, Attorney Graham serves as legal counsel and as Director of the Board for the Kingdom All-Stars, Inc., a nonprofit Georgia corporation that sponsors competitive all-star cheerleading for youths between the ages of 5-16 years of age. In addition, Attorney Graham is a former member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women - Decatur/DeKalb Chapter where she was actively involved in The Legacy Program sponsored by the Chapter. The Legacy Program is a leadership development program geared towards DeKalb County teenage girls. In the monthly sessions, topics are discussed which range from Entrepreneurship and Economic Development, to Health Education and Community & Civic Leadership. Attorney Graham volunteers as a Junior Achievement instructor, where she teaches classes on career development to middle school students. Attorney Graham was also the first African-American member of the Board of Trustees for the Georgia State University Athletic Association. In her role as a member of the Board of Trustees, she actively supported and provided leadership to the further development and nurturing of the University's NCAA sanctioned sports programs.
