Terry Tolliver is of Counsel with the law firm of Brattain Minnix Garcia. Prior to joining the firm, Terry served as a Supervisory Deputy Attorney General and Deputy Director of Consumer Protection for Attorney General Greg Zoeller, where he protected Hoosiers from common scams and prosecuted licensed professionals. Terry has also served as Deputy Consumer Counselor for the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (“OUCC”) and represented the interests of ratepayers, consumers, and the public before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
