Ms. Rabczak is an esteemed environmental and energy regulatory attorney with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Legal, Regulatory, and Policy at The Accelerate Group LLC since 2023, she has been influential in providing strategic counsel to agencies across several states on clean energy program development and implementation. Additionally, Ms. Rabczak has found success as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law since 2023, where she imparts her extensive knowledge to the next generation of legal professionals.
Prior to her current positions, Ms. Rabczak served as a Legal and Policy Advisor to the Chairman Carrie K. Zalewski at the Illinois Commerce Commission, an energy regulator in Illinois, from 2019 to 2023, advising the Chairman on complex journey of regulating public utilities and retail power suppliers through the Illinois' transition to a clean energy economy.
