Area of Practice: Family Law and Estate Planning
Theresa M. Gerlach graduated from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline Law School) in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2008. Before attending law school, Theresa attended University of Colorado and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California Coast University.
Theresa opened her law office in Hastings, Minnesota in 2008, and relocated to Minnetonka in 2021. She is licensed in the State Courts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Arizona; and in the Federal Courts in the District of Minnesota and Western District of Wisconsin. She practices in the areas of family law (divorce, custody, paternity, child support, spousal support, domestic abuse), estate planning (Wills, Healthcare Directives, Powers of Attorney, Transfer on Death Deeds).
In her spare time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to live music, traveling, and going to the theatre.
