Mr. Hall is in charge of a 42 lawyer construction litigation firm specializing in the representation of owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and municipal entities in connection with the defense of property damage and bodily injury cases, insurance coverage disputes and contractual claims. Tom obtained his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and is a cum laude graduate of New York Law School. He is actively involved in the firms general practice, and one of its principal trial lawyers. Mr. Hall is an associate member of the General Contractors Association and a member of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, NYS Bar Assoc., and the NY County Lawyers Assoc. He is certified in OSHA Construction, Safety & Health, and has been recognized as a NY Super Lawyer from 2010 to 2017. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics related to the firms practice.
