Far too often in today’s world, people and the businesses they own face increasingly complicated legal challenges that seem to make even the simplest problems appear impossible to solve. Tim helped found GBSR Attorneys with the goal of making our legal system work for every person and business, regardless of size, station in life, or legal challenge presented.
Tim graduated from Virginia Tech at the top of his class, receiving his undergraduate degree with honors. Tim went on to receive his law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary and began practicing law in 1995.
In his early career, Tim was a partner in a large Northern Virginia law firm where, in addition to having a private practice, he served as a Commissioner in Chancery, Motions Conciliator, and Neutral Case Evaluator for the 19th Judicial District.
