Mr. Timothy Terry received his A.B. from Duke University in 1973 and then went on to receive his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1976. Mr. Terry was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1981. His previous employment positions include: Hon. Charles R. Scott, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, Law Clerk (1977), Hon. Warren L. Jones, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, Law Clerk, (1978 - 1980), U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, Staff Law Clerk, (1977 - 1978), and Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Assistant State Attorney (1984 - 1993). Currently, his practice is 100% devoted to litigation in the following areas of law: Family and Divorce Law, Criminal Defense Law, and Personal Injury Law. In addition to Lawyers of Distinction, Mr. Terry’s other professional associations and memberships include: Orange County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
