Tonya Frazier Burleson is the founder of The Burleson Firm, a statewide law practice centrally located in Birmingham and primarily focused on divorce and family law cases throughout Alabama. Tonya has been practicing law for over 30 years. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, from Birmingham-Southern College in 1987 at the age of 19. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law and gain admittance to the Alabama State Bar in 1990 at the age of 22. She is also a member of the Family Law Section and Litigation Section of the Alabama Bar. Tonya understands that the outcome of every family law case has great personal significance to the client involved. She believes that each case deserves a custom-tailored strategy designed to maximize the possibility of a successful outcome. Tonya works to offer creative approaches to her clients and has successfully resolved cases through proper preparation and zealous advocacy in multiple Alabama counties.
