Since being licensed to practice law in Georgia, Tracy Drake has been successfully representing clients with their civil and criminal matters for over 22 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades in Math and Science from West Georgia College in 1992 and graduated Cum Laude. Tracy then received her J.D. with honors from the University of Georgia in 1995 graduating Cum Laude and her Masters in 2015 in Middle Grades Education in Math and Science. She began her legal career an Assistant Solicitor in Athens-Clarke County, and then transitioned to Gwinnett County State Court as an Assistant Solicitor where she prosecuted DUI and Domestic Violence cases fro the State of Georgia. When Tracy left prosecution she became a zealous advocate for her clients in Criminal Domestic matters. Tracy S.
