Tracy is a 1994 graduate of the McGeorge School of Law at the University of Pacific in Sacramento , California. She started her legal career, after passing the bar, as an attorney with a firm specialized in political and election law. She took a break in her early years to raise her three children and when she returned to full time work,Tracy turned her attention to estate planning, trust management and probate.
