Trevor Arnold is the Chief IP Counsel at Arthrex, Inc., a leading worldwide designer and manufacturer of medical devices for orthopaedic surgery. Since 2014 Trevor has had worldwide responsibility for all IP matters for Arthrex, including patents, trademarks, royalty agreements and IP litigations. Trevor has spent nearly 10 years in private practice and over 17 years in-house. Trevor has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Inst. of Tech. and is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has drafted and prosecuted 100s of patents and trademarks in the United States and in various foreign jurisdictions. Trevor also has extensive experience in bench and jury trials as well as appellate proceedings having appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Trevor has also represented clients involved in proceedings in the U.K and Germany. He earned his J.D. from the Univ. of Dayton School of Law.
