Trizia is proudly Puerto Rican and Italian; speaking, writing and reading English, Italian and Spanish as her first languages. Mrs. Eavenson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of South Florida and proudly earned a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law, cum laude. A passionate trial attorney, Trizia's practice encompasses multiple areas of civil litigation, including, but not limited to, catastrophic personal injury; medical malpractice; corporate and business law; defective medical devices; real property; property exemptions, tax and valuations; local government and administrative law; premise liability; contracts; products liability; animal law; construction law, Veterans law and wrongful death.
