Ms. Veronica H. Colvard is a native of Asheville, North Carolina. She has been working in the legal field since 2004 when she joined Goosmann Rose Colvard & Cramer. Ms. Colvard loves Asheville and watching her hometown evolve, so it is natural that she has focused her practice on real estate. She is proud to complete real estate projects in this beautiful WNC region, which range from residential real estate closings to complex commercial transactions. Ms. Colvard attended Furman University in Greenville, SC where she received her bachelor’s degree. She then attended law school at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, GA where she earned her JD. Ms. Colvard is active in a number of charities. She is on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina, to which she also holds membership. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the 40th Judicial Bar, the North Carolina State Bar, and the North Carolina Bar Association
