Vicky Boladian is a 1997 graduate of the Boston University School of Law who is licensed to practice law in California and worked with “Big Five” accounting firms Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young before joining Aerlex in 2008. Ms. Boladian has not only been selected as Super Lawyer every year since 2014, she has also been honored as one of the Top 50 Female Attorneys in Southern California by both Super Lawyers and Pasadena Magazine. Ms. Boladian, a practicing attorney for 18 years, has developed a strong expertise in the complex field of tax law. As the Chief Executive Officer and Tax Specialist at ATS, Ms. Boladian represents Aerlex clients seeking aircraft sales and use tax exemptions, challenging property tax assessments and facing audits by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board. Ms. Boladian is a frequent lecturer on aviation tax matters and has spoken numerous times to the National Business Aviation Association, the Aerlex Private Aviation Seminar Series, the CalCPA Education Foundation and has appeared as a guest on radio talk shows. Ms. Boladian also assists the National Business Aviation Association with state tax updates for multiple states as well as providing guidance on California state tax issues.
