Vincent T. Pallaci is the managing member of Kushick Pallaci PLLC. Mr. Pallaci represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, project managers, manufacturers, suppliers, architects and engineers in construction disputes throughout the State of New York. Some of the types of claims that we handle include: construction delays, construction defects, construction change order disputes, claims for damage from defective underpinning and/or excavation, payment bond claims, mechanic's lien foreclosure and defense and breach of contract claims.
