Mr. Mason focuses his practice on the representation of businesses in the transportation industry. He has particular experience in significant property damage and personal injury litigation and class actions involving chemical exposure and catastrophic accidents. He has negotiated and documented numerous marine related transactions, including vessel construction, repair contracts, preferred ship mortgages, charter agreements, trans-loading agreements, shipping contracts, terminal services agreements, batture leases and fleet lease agreements. He is a proud a graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia and Tulane University School of Law.
