Wayne B. Giampietro is an attorney admitted to practice by the Illinois Supreme Court in 1966. He received his B.A. degree from Purdue University in 1963, and a J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1966.
He has maintained an office in the Chicago area, concentrating on civil trial and appellate cases. In addition to having been involved in well over two hundred fifty trials, he has authored briefs in approximately fifty appeals in the federal system, including cases before the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and over seventy appeals in state courts, including the Supreme Courts of Illinois, Wisconsin and Arizona, as well as various state appellate courts.
