Born in Newport News, Virginia and resident of Stafford County since 1999.. BS in 1977 College of William and Mary ; JD in 1980 from University of Virginia. Legal experience includes working for a large LA Law Firm and a DC Law Firm, and working for a Fortune 500 Company. Started own practice in 1993 (1996 in Stafford), and have practiced Family Law, Military Divorces, Federal Employee Divorces, Retirement Orders, Custody, Adoption and Adult Guardianship.
