Mr. Ausman has been successful in hundreds of DUI matters and has won a high percentage of the DMV administrative hearings that he has handled. Many of Mr. Ausman’s DUI cases have been dismissed, and he has gotten numerous charges reduced and has eliminated jail sentences for many. In addition, Mr. Ausman has years of experience defending many criminal cases, including theft, burglary, robbery, domestic violence, kidnapping, weapons charges and assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run, illegal hunting and fishing violations, embezzlement, drug charges, homicide, and many other issues. He's licensed to practice under the California State Bar. Mr. Ausman earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
