William Bianco General Practice Law

William J. Bianco earned his legal degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He earned his degree in economics from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Bill's distinguished legal and business experience includes serving as a law clerk to Chief Justice William Hastings, Nebraska Supreme Court and interning for Judge C. Arlen Bean of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Working at such a high level in the legal profession gave him both insight and understanding that has paid dividends for his clients over the years. Bill was recognized nationally and locally for his contribution to business and economic development. The President of the United States appointed him to the White House Conference for Small Business in 1995. He was also appointed by Nebraska Governor Ben Nelson to serve as a Nebraska Diplomat. In addition to his law practice, Bill has been an adjunct professor at Creighton University for fifteen years teaching business law and international business. He also frequently serves as a featured speaker for both legal and business seminars. The topics range from basic business formation and contracts to non-profit organizations, international legal issues and litigation. Rounding out his experience, Bill served in the US Navy Reserves from 2001-2009. As a Naval Officer, he worked on international legal and defense issues.
