Mr. Boyes earned his Juris Doctor at the Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. He is admitted to practice in Florida and New Jersey, the United States District Court District of New Jersey, United States District Court Middle District of Florida, United States District Court Northern District of Florida, United States District Court Southern District of Florida, United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Boyes has assisted clients in the development of succession plans and the management of complex trusts and estates. He also represents clients in litigation relating to estate, trust and guardianship and U.S. Controversies at the Tax Court, including handling all aspects of IRS litigation.
