Commercial Compliance and Litigation
Mr. Diaz-Rousselot attended the St. Thomas Univeristy School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000. Mr. Diaz-Rousselot has been a member of the Florida Bar Association since 2000 and has been a member of the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida since 2011. Mr. Diaz-Rousselot’s areas of practice include automobile dealer law, business acquisition law, commercial litigation, contract law, franchise law, government disputes, commercial real estate, regulatory compliance and workers’ compensation. Mr. Diaz-Rousselot has been a member of Lawyers of Distinction since 2020.
