Mr. William J. Duffy is the founder and managing partner of Duffy Law, which is located in Irvine, California. He attended the University of Montana where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1994. After college, Mr. Duffy went on to attend law school at Western State College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2004. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2007. His areas of practice include Criminal Defense and Bankruptcy. Specifically, with Criminal Defense, defends those charged with DUIs, Domestic Violence, and Drug Crimes. Mr. Duffy is a member of several legal professional associations including the North Orange County Bar Association, the Newport Harbor Bar Association, the California DUI Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the California Lawyers Association.
