Bill received his BA and MA in Psychology from The Citadel in 1985 and his JD from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2000. Handling primarily personal injury claims involving commercial vehicles and catastrophic injuries Bill will fight till the bitter end for his clients. Bill is a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100. Bill has been General Counsel and CEO of Loncar & Associates, now Loncar Lyon Jenkins for 22 years.
