William D. Johnson is the founder of Acclaim Legal Services, PLLC, a Michigan-based bankruptcy and debt relief firm serving clients since 2003. With over 30 years of experience, Bill brings a rare combination of legal expertise and financial acumen to every case — rooted in his Finance degree from Walsh College and his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law (1994). Before practicing law, Bill clerked for both a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee and the U.S. Trustee's Office, giving him an insider's understanding of the bankruptcy system. He focuses his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and debt relief throughout Michigan.
