Winter is a Native Floridian and grew up in the Panhandle of Florida in Marianna, Fl. Approximately 55 miles west of Tallahassee, Fl. Winter currently Resides in Walton County Fl. with her husband and son. She is familiar with the culture and issues of the residents of North Florida and is committed to servicing her clients in a manner that is convenient and flexible to their needs. Her firm aims to provide innovative representation to meet their clients ever changing legal needs. Winter is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Winter is honored to serve on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Florida Bar and serve on the Voluntary Bar Leadership Grants Subcommittee. Winter was also selected as an award recipient of the 2020 Women in Law Awards for Debtor and Creditor Law. Winter is a member of the Florida Bar and Federal Bar, U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida.
