Scott Edwards

One of the founding partners of the firm, Scott is a trial lawyer who handles complex, high-stakes litigation throughout the United States. Scott has served as lead trial counsel and national counsel for major automobile and tire manufacturers. He has also represented manufacturers of heavy trucks, scaffolding, lifts, industrial equipment and tools, material handling equipment, appliances, electrical equipment and collision repair equipment. Scott’s practice encompasses a broad range of litigation, including product liability, general negligence, premises liability, toxic tort, personal injury defense, trucking, commercial and deceptive trade practices/warranty.
