Kelley Durham is a caring, compassionate and dedicated attorney focusing on serious and catastrophic personal injury law. Kelley graduated from ASU Magna Cum Laude and went on to law school at Texas A & M School of Law graduating a semester early with her juris doctorate. Kelley is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States of America, Supreme Court of AZ, U.S. District Court of AZ, and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Kelley's focus on assisting those around her lends itself to prolific volunteer and community work. She is the VP of the Phoenix Zoo Auxiliary and is President of the Wildest Club in Town. Kelley is the VP of the MCBA Small Firm division; serves on the Arizona Women Lawyer's Association Leadership Committee; and is an Advisor in the SheLEADS program provided by A New Leaf.

Timothy Durkin is a JacksonWhite shareholder and joined the firm in 2010. He has represented hundreds of individuals and families in many areas of family law, including dissolutions, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, and mediations. Tim specializes in high conflict, high asset divorces and is equally adept at handling less complicated family law matters.

Mr. Eaves is a senior owner and director of the law firm. He defends doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers in malpractice cases. Mr. Eaves also represents governmental entities in various capacities.

Ms. Edblad graduated from the University of Southern California in 2008. After graduating from University of Southern California, Ms. Edblad went on to study at the London School of Economics and Cambridge University. Upon returning to the United States, Ms. Edblad Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Amara Edblad, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of the Pincus Law Firm, PLC in North-West Phoenix. Ms. Edblad has practiced personal injury law since 2012.

Erin Evans is a founding partner of Evans Garrey. She received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2007 and lived in Phoenix before moving to Flagstaff where she has lived and worked for the past ten years. She focuses on representing plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases. Before becoming an attorney, Erin was a teacher, and she draws on her educational background to develop persuasive legal arguments throughout trials, mediations, and negotiations. Erin frequently takes on cases pro bono and has been honored as one of the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona. In addition to this, she has served as the president of the Coconino County Bar Association and is an active member of several committees and task forces in the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (“TIPS”) section of the American Bar Association (ABA), including the Outreach to Young Lawyers Committee, Litigation Committee, Solo and Small Firm Task Force and Women Trial Lawyer’s Committee. Outside of the office, Erin’s two young children keep her busy, as she enjoys spending time with them, her husband, and their dogs. A world traveler, Erin, and her family search for adventure and good food. She enjoys skiing and having snowball fights with her family.
