Buzzi L. Shindler is the Litigation Chair of the Scottsdale office. Mr. Shindler also handles an array of conservatorship and estate planning matters, including drafting of revocable living trust agreements, wills, durable financial and healthcare powers of attorney, and living wills. With regard to the litigation side of his practice, Mr. Shindler handles primarily commercial, real estate and construction disputes, including breach of contract actions, business torts, creditors’ rights and post-judgment enforcement, landlord/tenant matters, mechanics’ lien, and construction defect claims. Attorney Francis J. In addition he has been a member of the Real Estate and Construction Law Sections. Mr. Slavin is a member of the Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi. He is the author of Construction Law and Mechanics’ Liens in Arizona, published annually by Professional Educational Systems, Inc. (1980-2006). He served as Judge Pro Tempore, Superior Court of Arizona in the County of Maricopa from 1980-1990. From 1981-1989 he was a member of the City of Phoenix Zoning Ordinance Revision Committee.
