David graduated from Boiling Springs High School in 1990 and from Presbyterian College in 1994 with a degree in Political Science and Business. Roy R. Brandys joined Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo, PLLC in 2008. He exclusively represents landowners in eminent domain, inverse condemnation, and related land use matters. He has represented landowners in hundreds of cases related to road, highway, power line and pipeline projects.
