Louis T. Brindisi was born in Utica, New York on October 20, 1934. He attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1956. In 1959, he graduated from Albany Law School with a Juris Doctor Degree and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1960. With 50 years of trial experience, he has handled thousands of cases, both civil and criminal. His practice is now limited to the trial of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases and his firm has achieved numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Lou is a featured attorney/author in the “Consumer’s Advocate” book published by Celebrity Press and has been named a member of the National Academy of Best Selling Authors in recognition of his best-selling book “Consumer’s Advocate”. The head of the trial practice at Britcher, Leone & Sergio, LLC, located in Glen Rock and Morristown, New Jersey, E. Drew Britcher has spent nearly 30 years practicing medical malpractice and personal injury law. Focusing his practice exclusively on litigation, he represents plaintiffs throughout northern and central New Jersey in medical malpractice, product liability and other personal injury matters. He has served as Counsel of Record or Amicus Counsel in nearly 40 reported decisions of the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He helped draft the New Jersey Patient First and Patient Safety Acts. After graduating from Rutgers College with a bachelor of arts in 1981 in Political Science, while also completing the major requirements of History and Secondary Education, Mr. Britcher attended New York Law School, where he was admitted to the Order of Barristers and named the Regional Graduate of the Year by the international legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi before receiving his juris doctor in 1984. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Britcher is Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey State Supreme Court and has been re-certified four times. Mr Britcher has been named one of the top 10 attorneys by New Jersey Super Lawyers for 10 years and is only only one of seven attorneys in New Jersey to have been recognized among the Top 10 for 10 years. In 2024, he was ranked #3 among New Jersey Super Lawyers selectees for 2024. In addition, 2024 marks the 19th consecutive year he has been named to the Top 100 (only 1 of 9 attorneys to do so) and is only one of 287 attorneys in New Jersey that has been recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers for all 20 years – since its inception. Area of Practice: Prosecutor Flynn D. Broady Jr., an Army combat veteran and prosecutor, became District Attorney of the Cobb Judicial Circuit on Jan. 1, 2021 with a vow to hold violent criminals accountable while restoring nonviolent offenders to productive lives. DA Broady believes wider community engagement, including expanded access to accountability courts and more visible victim advocacy, are essential to that effort. DA Broady is a native of Birmingham. He spent more than two decades in the Army as an instructor, a recruiter and a combat infantryman with tours in Iraq. He earned his law degree at Seton Hall University, where he also led ROTC. He previously prosecuted cases in the Solicitor General’s Office and also served as coordinator of the Veterans Treatment and Accountability Court. He and his family live in Marietta.
